Nair Systems is currently looking for a Product Owner for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions:

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies:

1. Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in a digital banking environment
2. Exceptional problem-solving skills and data-driven product decision-making
3. Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them
4. Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products
5. Experience in launching a product and managing a live product
6. Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player
7. Thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels in the organization

Previous Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a product owner
2. Experienced in Service digitization/Service enablement on Mobile App / Internet Banking
3. Minimum 5 to 7 years of total experience including 5+ years of experience in product development and marketing
4. Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
5. Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
6. Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes

Role Purpose:

The Product Owner will partner with the Digital leadership team to develop effective product strategies, visions, and execution plans. His/her mission will be to shape and deliver digital solutions that transform customer experiences. For the digital solutions within the portfolio, this individual will define measurable objectives to gain market share, maximize profitability, and/or increase customer satisfaction through customer-centred digital experiences.
