Job Description:

  1. Lead Project Oversight: Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed plans and allocate resources efficiently. Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to minimize disruptions to timelines and budgets.
  2. Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure full compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee cash flow management for projects, ensuring financial requirements are met and that projects remain within budget.
  4. Strategic Project Management: Develop and implement tailored project management strategies and methodologies to drive successful project outcomes. Adapt approaches based on project needs to ensure the highest standards of delivery.
  5. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers, designers, and site staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Encourage continuous improvement and professional development among team members.
  6. Project Planning & Milestones: Define, develop, and manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring all deadlines and project objectives are achieved within scope and budget.
  7. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the successful execution and timely delivery of projects, maintaining the balance between operational efficiency and quality.
  8. Performance & KPIs Management: Hold responsibility for achieving key productivity targets, financial objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set for each project. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  9. Stakeholder & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Facilitate transparent communication, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across all parties throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present comprehensive project updates, progress reports, and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely communication on project status.
  11. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all projects, mitigating risks associated with legal and regulatory non-compliance.
  12. Innovation & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement in project management and interior design practices, incorporating innovative solutions and industry best practices to enhance project efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall project quality.
