Salary: 1600 AED

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and dining operations at our restaurant. You will be in charge of menu planning, staffing, ordering supplies and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. We are also open to considering immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop creative menus that meet customer needs and expectations while remaining within budget
2. Hire, train, motivate and evaluate kitchen personnel
3. Ensure that food is prepared according to recipes with the highest degree of quality
4. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that all team members follow health department regulations
5. Develop cost-saving strategies to reduce costs without sacrificing quality or taste
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed

Requirements:

1. Proven track record as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
2. Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to lead a team effectively
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Flexible work schedule (including nights/weekends)
