The primary responsibilities of this position will be:

1. Operating cranes to move materials around the work site.
2. Setting up the crane before operation.
3. Ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times.
4. Inspecting the crane before each use to ensure it is functioning safely and properly.
5. Reading and understanding technical documents related to crane operation.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

1. Excellent hand-eye coordination.
2. Good problem-solving skills.
3. Basic knowledge of math and physics to accurately calculate loads and distances.
4. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
