System Engineer

Join one of our most dynamic and exciting clients. We are looking for a mid-level Solution Engineer who is passionate about technology and eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with customers to implement the Airia platform.
2. Serve as an AI/Airia Subject Matter Expert (SME).
3. Manage multiple short-term implementations simultaneously.
4. Provide guidance on API integrations, including RESTful APIs.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve networking and firewall issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in implementation/consulting.
3. Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, and API integrations.
4. Excellent communication and client management skills.
5. Ability to travel up to 25%.
