This function is to ensure exceptional Culinary Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand throughout the Guest journey to deliver a flawless culinary experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our restaurants by delighting them with consistent high-quality food.

What You Will Need To Succeed

1. Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
2. Minimum 4 years experience in the Hospitality industry.
3. Minimum 2 years experience as a Culinary specialist in a Supervisory role or similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
4. Minimum of a high school diploma in Catering or a College degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
5. Oversee and ensure all operational tasks in F&B Production are conducted in line with the service standards and procedures.
6. Coaching and training on-the-job.
7. Providing constructive feedback (on- and off-the-job).
8. Analyzing operations and assigning resources accordingly.
9. Conducting huddles during shifts to ensure seamless communication.
10. Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
11. Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guests' interests at heart.
