Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in multi-national companies.
Well experienced in serving various types of people as well as effective phone call handling skills.
Capable in handling multi-tasks among reception and administration duties.
Customer oriented, good tone and manner in handling phone calls.
Presentable, detail-minded and well-organized.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
A flexible team player with high proficiency of interpersonal skills.
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Immediately available is preferred.
Major Responsibilities:
Perform all necessary office administrative functions, travel arrangement, conference room booking, guests greeting, etc.
Answer telephone calls, take messages and handle in a satisfactory manner.
Prepare and update staff records and contact lists.
Maintain an effective filing system.
