Off Plan - Real Estate Broker

The Real Estate Broker is responsible for delivering professional and comprehensive real estate services in Dubai. This role involves identifying and evaluating properties, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and demonstrate the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and evaluate properties that align with client needs in Dubai.
2. Leverage expertise in both Off-Plan and Secondary Markets to guide clients effectively.
3. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
4. Build and nurture relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
5. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends and market conditions.
6. Provide market insights, analysis, and tailored recommendations to clients.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Open to candidates with no prior experience (training provided).
2. Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
