BD/Fundraiser (Dubai) - Associate VP DIrector

Selby Jennings is representing a boutique investment manager based in Dubai. They manage approximately $200 million in total assets and specialise in providing investment solutions to wholesale investors. The firm is looking to add an experienced Fundraiser to their existing team to join a budding equity fund. The successful candidate will have access to a wide array of opportunities to develop at every level, as well as a rewarding and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage relationships with key stakeholders (Board Members, Analysts, Investors, etc.).
2. Prospect and build relationships with clients.
3. Develop and maintain the CRM database.
4. Produce high-quality marketing materials and presentations.

Ideal Candidate:

1. 2+ years of experience with long-only funds or hedge funds.
2. Experience working with wholesale investors.
3. Experience with Indian equity funds is not necessary, but is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to multitask/prioritise to ensure deadlines are met.
6. Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
7. Excellent analytical skills.
