TMS Supervisor

We are recruiting a TMS (Terminal Management System) Supervisor who is responsible for effective POS software support and general POS hardware/software maintenance and support. Must be able to define, maintain, and program POS databases, ensuring that the POS terminals ready for deployment have completed the Quality Assurance certification in all respects and provide the best-in-class service. The responsibilities will include:

1. Provides superior service to the company’s merchants in all countries, including Bahrain and UAE.
2. Responsible for inventory management.
3. Responsible for TMS management and key injection.
4. Ensures tickets are worked on in a timely manner and in accordance with the TMS & Field Support Procedure Manual.
5. Executes actions as directed by the POS Team Leader or Head of Operations.
6. Logs, tracks, and follows up to closure all items raised by clients/internally and ensures communications of status is done on a timely basis.

Education/Certifications:

• A university degree preferably in IT, CIS or related subjects.

Experience:

• 4+ years experience in technical support experience and/or database development.
• Experience in Merchant Acquiring.
• Experience working with credit card terminals, POS equipment, registers, touch screens, and scanners is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

• Basic understanding of/eagerness to learn card processing, merchant acquiring and Fintech products, services, processes and related risks and controls.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Strong English language, Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in tech support or help desk role.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and forward-thinking.
