Job Role: Project Manager

Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Duration: 12 months (Contractual)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
2. Manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with OneRAK objectives.
3. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
4. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate clear communication among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements and expectations.
5. Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, providing status updates and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and task delegation.
7. Monitor resource allocation and address any gaps to ensure optimal team performance.
8. Manage project team cadences and ensure proper adherence to cadence schedule.
9. Project Reporting: Generate detailed project status reports highlighting progress, risks, and recommended actions.
10. Incorporate lessons learned and best practices to optimize future project executions.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

1. Exceptional ability to define and manage strategic project plans and deliver results within specified timelines.
2. Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies with a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Expertise in risk management and problem-solving to address project challenges effectively.

EDUCATION:

1. A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least 7-10 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital transformation or related fields.
2. Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale cross-functional projects.
3. Proven ability to collaborate with government entities and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
4. Experience in risk management and delivering solutions within tight deadlines.
