Job Role: Project Manager

Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Duration: 12 months (Contractual)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with OneRAK objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate clear communication among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements and expectations.
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, providing status updates and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and task delegation.
- Monitor resource allocation and address any gaps to ensure optimal team performance.
- Manage project team cadences and ensure proper adherence to cadence schedule.
- Project Reporting: Generate detailed project status reports highlighting progress, risks, and recommended actions.
- Incorporate lessons learned and best practices to optimize future project executions.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Exceptional ability to define and manage strategic project plans and deliver results within specified timelines.
- Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies with a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in risk management and problem-solving to address project challenges effectively.
EDUCATION:
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital transformation or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to collaborate with government entities and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience in risk management and delivering solutions within tight deadlines.
