Role Overview:
As the Customer Success Manager at Nuitée, you will be a key commercial technologist, adeptly navigating the intersection of cutting-edge technology and strategic sales. Your role involves managing relationships with major travel agencies, OTAs, airlines, and financial institutions, leveraging Nuitée's innovative suite of products.
You will champion the LiteAPI for app development, Core API for global hotel access, and the White Label solution for effortless booking site creation. Additionally, you'll play a critical role in promoting the Hub API Connector, a pivotal Connectivity Switch for hotels and suppliers, and Cupid, our advanced machine-learning tool for precise hotel data mapping. Your expertise in these areas will be fundamental in securing customer loyalty, forging robust partnerships, and driving the optimization and successful deployment of Nuitée's unique tech offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and driving growth in revenue and margin to exceed targets.
- Collaboratively work with sales and other internal teams to align commercial and technical strategies, maximizing product distribution and client satisfaction.
- Represent Nuitée at client conferences, trade shows, and other industry events, showcasing our innovative products like LiteAPI, Core API, White Label, Hub API Connector, and Cupid.
- Participate in strategic planning and reporting, offering insights on client production and performance to shape future strategies.
- Conduct on-site sales calls with a portfolio of partners, including overnight stays, to enhance business relationships and address technical needs.
- Constantly monitor and analyze client performance to identify opportunities for growth, new product integration, and market expansion, ensuring optimal use of Nuitée's technology.
- Oversee key performance indicators, ensuring the highest quality of service and consistent growth in your client portfolio.
- Act as the technical point of contact for business partners and clients, facilitating productive interactions and leading technical activities such as mapping checks, error ratio monitoring, and dashboard monitoring.
- Work closely with Nuitée's Operations team to support clients in resolving incidents and maintaining high service standards.
- Generate new business opportunities by connecting new products, exploring new markets, and promoting Nuitée's key business lines, focusing on both sales growth and profitability.
- Identify and assess clients' critical needs, offering tailored solutions that leverage Nuitée's unique technological capabilities.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or account management role, ideally within the travel technology sector. An existing network within the market territory is advantageous.
- Technical Background: A solid foundation in a technical field, whether through education, training, or work experience. Familiarity with API technology, data analytics, and digital distribution platforms is preferred.
- Strong Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external business partners and clients. Demonstrated skill in negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
- Adaptability and Learning: An eagerness to learn and adapt to Nuitée's unique in-house technology. While prior experience with our specific tools is not expected, a keen interest in and aptitude for quickly mastering new technologies is essential.
- Collaborative Team Player: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. A proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
