What you will be doing:

  • Effectively manage all calls to the hotel as per company Brand Standards
  • Consistently offer exceptional friendly and engaging service
  • To be constantly aware of the room situation and to strive to obtain maximum occupancy
  • To attend to the hotel guest in all communication from inside and outside the hotel
  • To be aware of the hotels security fire and safety procedure

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division
  • 2 to 5 years experience depending on education and career background
  • Competent user of desktop applications and hotel applications
  • Languages: fluent in English and a 2ndlanguage would be a plus
