The Inside Sales Team Leader for Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives that manage existing customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process that delivers renewal value and retention rates. The Inside Sales Team Leader will ensure their team provides an exceptional customer experience through consistent, impactful engagement with our customers; promptly addressing and resolving concerns to maintain client satisfaction while proactively providing data-led insights and advice to ensure our clients' success in using our platform. They will train, coach and motivate their team to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to foster customer engagement, growth, and revenue generation. To be successful as an Inside Sales Team Leader you should be able to build strong relationships with your team, key stakeholders within the wider organization, as well as with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure renewal, growth, and product sales targets are consistently achieved while accurately forecasting three months ahead.
Drive a climate of operational excellence within the team, including Salesforce hygiene, internal tool utilization and customer management.
Successfully hire and onboard new team members while coaching, developing, motivating and performance managing existing team members to ensure exceptional performance and customer experience.
Help your team drive contract negotiations and closure as needed, focusing on creating value for both the customer and the organization while also serving as the point of escalation for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Become an expert on Property Finder’s products and processes as well as on the wider market.
Desired Qualifications
Over 5 years of previous experience in a sales account management or renewal-focused inside sales position within a SaaS, marketplace or subscription-based business.
At least 2-3 years in a sales people management role.
Experience managing directly, and through a team, a base of existing B2B customers through the full renewal and growth cycle while consistently achieving growth and renewal sales targets.
Strong listening and sales skills including needs analysis, financial negotiation skills, objection handling, problem solving, etc.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while delivering exceptional support to your team and service to our customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent presentation and meeting management skills.
Other Capabilities
Bachelor’s Degree in science, marketing, business or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com, including analyzing performance report data to drive performance improvements.
Fluent level of verbal and written English and Arabic required.
Requirement to spend time on the ground with your team and customers in both the Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates markets weekly.
