Junior Accountant

Multiply Group is an Abu Dhabi-based holding company that invests in transformative, cash-generating businesses across energy and utilities, mobility, wellness and beauty, and media and communications. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to report to the Finance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage all accounting transactions
2. Reconcile the company’s bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and bookkeeping ledgers
3. Prepare financial statements in a timely manner
4. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
5. Ensure timely bank payments and manage petty cash
6. Assist the FP&A team with analysis across the subsidiaries
7. Maintain balance sheets and profit/loss statements
8. Demonstrate knowledge of financial and accounting software (Oracle & Sage)
9. Prepare intercompany reports

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Work experience as an Accountant, Junior Accountant, or General Accountant
2. Excellent knowledge of accounting standards
3. Hands-on experience with accounting software
4. Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables
5. Experience with general ledger functions
6. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills (PowerBI is a plus)
7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
