Entry-level Baker

We are seeking an Entry-level Baker to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and eager to learn from experienced bakers.

Responsibilities:

1. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
2. Roll, cut, and shape dough for breads and pastries
3. Bake goods in ovens or on grills
4. Decorate and frost cakes and other desserts
5. Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area
7. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
8. Follow food safety standards at all times

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. No prior experience required, training will be provided
3. Ability to follow recipes accurately
4. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
5. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy items
6. Attention to detail for decorating baked goods
7. Willingness to learn from experienced bakers

Salary:
We offer a salary of $1600 per month plus tips. This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Dubai, but we welcome candidates of any nationality. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
