Senior Shopper Marketing Manager - Self Care and Skin Health
This position reports to GCC Head of Execution Excellence and is based at DUBAI, UAE.

What You Will Do
The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive brand growth, enhance consumer engagement, and maximize sales within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Category:

  • Incorporate category insights and learnings into GCC plans, rolling out and tracking Category Management solutions.
  • Analyze category data Nielsen and STT per brand and EPOS customer analysis to identify opportunities & develop Execution plans to drive OKRS- Sales, Market Share, Share of TDP & Perfect Store Metrics.
  • Prepare & present Category reviews with our regional customers & Internal Executive Board of Directors in collaboration with the Regional and country customer development teams.

Customers:

  • Work in partnership with key customers.
  • Project Management of Customer Category Initiatives through the execution.
  • Define a role and way of working using a clear contact strategy collaboratively with Kenvue Cross-functional leads.

In-store / shopper-facing:

  • In conjunction with the RAMET Shopper team & GCC marketing, develop regional guidelines and measurement on execution ensuring Perfect Store Metrics are achieving target.
  • Develop & ensure the implementation of regional activity calendar on Tiered activations tied to media and marketing strategy.
  • Develop & ensure the implementation of direct to shopper/consumer communications that drive shopper to store.
  • Develop Ranging & Merchandising guidelines for customer and category.
  • Lead Distributor partners to deliver Execution Excellence of perfect store guidelines.
  • Drive & deliver in-store POP Innovation projects with customers.
  • Deliver brand key account and national promotions plan and measurement.

Business Planning & Promotions:

  • Co-Lead development of GCC annual BP in line with RAMET plans and guidelines.
  • Ensure promotional volumes are adequately forecasted through S&OP, costed appropriately and tracked.
  • Ensure promotions are analyzed, and monthly trackers of promo adherence and closeout reports are implemented in each distributor.
  • Manage promotor scheduling, training and execution, including making selling tools readily available (leaflets, samples, testers).

Category Insight:

  • Deliver Shopper Research/understanding initiatives in-line with the plan & budget both via customer projects and by collaboration with regional, EMEA and global shopper functions.
  • Deliver in-store research, e.g. store staff & Shopper closeness research.
  • Deliver new shopper insight-based actions that deliver against customer and Kenvue brand growth objectives.

Brand:

  • Input Category & in-store thinking into major NPI launch plans around the POP drivers, e.g. Ranging, Display, In-store shopper communication.
  • Support the team in relevant regional Brand Activation Meetings.
  • Set Perfect Store Guidelines & Promotional strategy & Mechanic tailored by market & customer.
  • Measure promotional performance and support the marketing team to deliver in-store activation that delivers optimal return on investment.

Budget Management:

  • Manage shopper marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead the Brand Activation Manager/Trade marketing team who are embedded within GCC distributors, ensuring a productive and collaborative relationship with the RAMET cluster partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or a related role within the consumer goods or health industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
  • Arabic Language is a plus.
