Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor - Deep Cleaning Services to lead and manage a team of cleaning professionals. The ideal candidate will supervise daily operations, participate in cleaning activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery. They will also handle scheduling, inventory management, and maintain excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and guide a team of cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
2. Participate in deep cleaning activities and resolve on-site challenges.
3. Prepare schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion.
4. Allocate resources and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
5. Maintain quality standards.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and maintaining positive relationships.
7. Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with Dubai's standards.
8. Train and manage staff to ensure adherence to company protocols.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: 2-3 years in deep cleaning or related supervisory roles.
3. Language Skills: English, Hindi, and Arabic (intermediary level).
4. Other: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
