Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role. Experience with dealership service operations is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and service management tools.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Multitasking and time management skills.
