Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in recruitment within the UAE, preferably in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support our organizational growth. This role requires exceptional knowledge of the UAE job market, recruitment practices, and compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs, particularly in the education sector.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates locally and internationally.
• Leverage your UAE market knowledge and recruitment expertise to identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline specifically targeted at education professionals, including teachers, administrators, and support staff.
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws, visa processes, and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Foster relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to expand candidate sourcing channels.
• Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience, maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with proven expertise in the UAE market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting for K-12 schools, higher education institutions, or education service providers.
• Familiarity with the UAE’s education regulatory frameworks and standards.
