Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee production activities and ensure all equipment is operational.

Manage production processes, allocate resources, and track production schedules.

Lead and train a team of carpenters, painters, metal workers, and engineers.

Direct production for interior and joinery projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders; handle design orders and quality control.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.

Plan production schedules, manage budgets, and prepare status reports.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role:

10+ years in joinery/manufacturing management with a focus on fit-out projects.

Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Extensive experience in managing production within the luxury retail and fit-out sectors is essential.

Should have managed production operations/site management for large or luxury retail project/contracts.

Willing to travel across the UAE for production activities or site operations management related to projects.
