Office Manager
Job description
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the Dubai office and the People and Culture department
- Ensure compliance to relevant employment laws in Dubai
- Develop people plans that support the needs of the office
- Identify future talent needs and proactively develop a talent repository
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Work with line managers to ensure performance management cycle is well established and adhered to
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
- 6-8+ years of experience
- Professional services/law firm experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
