Job Description
Areas of focus:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing records.
Support the office in maintaining a tidy and efficient work environment.
Maintain the office cleanliness at all times.
Communicate in a friendly, helpful, and non-prejudicial manner in dealings with staff, crew, clients, and/or customers as a representative of your department as well as the Company.
Take an active part in Safety, Environmental, Health, and Quality culture within the company.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the navigation and vetting manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your professional skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant are a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
