Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for project execution and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools and provide periodic sales reports.
  • Attend networking events and industry forums to build connections.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0-2 years (freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IT services or software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage).
