Sales Manager

We are in need of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
3. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential areas for growth
5. Train and mentor junior sales staff
6. Prepare reports on sales performance and present to senior management
7. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful teams
5. Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

We offer a competitive salary package of $1400 per month with additional incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Accommodation will not be provided but visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
