Sales Promoter / Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in acquiring their needs and upsell by suggestive selling and presenting products.
2. Report to sales executive and discuss the day’s trading in terms of operational and sales issues.
3. Provide stock requirements and any other needs for implementing promotions.
4. Provide feedback to sales executive regarding any product issues or customer requirements.
5. Provide feedback on competitors' activities.
6. Provide daily sales reports to the concerned sales executive.
7. Achieve targets based on the product allocated to you on a weekly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualifications: High school diploma; experience in selling cosmetic products or customer service preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills; ability to meet sales targets.
• Attributes: Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused with a willingness to work.
