A Concierge is crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories. A true people person must enjoy working closely with guests and surrounding teams to be able to anticipate, align and surprise and delight guests through a natural and anticipatory style of service.

The Concierge team has exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal, and local knowledge of Dubai, enabling them to enhance and tailor guest experiences and itineraries.

The Concierge is responsible for:

1. Working closely with all guests to deliver detailed service options.
2. Creating itineraries.
3. Arranging tours and transport.
4. Managing a wide variety of guest booking needs.
5. Handling pre and post-stay correspondence.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
