Creative Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

1. To oversee the development and implementation of commercial strategies to accelerate revenue growth and profitability, including the sale of event/venue tickets, direct B2B, B2C, and Government sales, partnerships, and sponsorships. This should be performed in regular collaboration with other Units, particularly Strategy and Venues.
2. Support and coach the Executive Director of Sales to ensure financial targets are met. Ensure the use of innovative tools, trackers, and systems to manage actual vs. budget performance while collaborating with Strategy to gain and utilize insights and market intelligence.
