Job Description:

• Ensure MEP systems comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
• Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Perform calculations and simulations to optimize MEP system performance.
• Manage MEP sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP system issues during construction and post-construction phases.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in MEP engineering.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Professional engineering license or certification preferred.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
