About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Area Administration Manager to oversee the administrative functions across our showrooms in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective administrative policies and procedures that safeguard the company’s interests in cash, stock, and customer service. You will oversee the administration team, ensuring compliance with policies relating to cash handling, stock movement, and sales orders. Additionally, you will be the key point of contact for managing aged debtor reports, consolidating forecasts, and reporting on refunds. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can lead and train the team to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative or managerial role, with a strong background in basic accounting and proficiency in MS Office. You are an excellent multitasker with strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset, capable of handling complex issues and providing timely solutions. You have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. As a team player with supervisory experience, you can build strong relationships across departments and lead your team with confidence. You are self-motivated, able to work on your initiative, and adaptable to different locations within the assigned area.
