You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Guiding and coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Delivering internal fee expectations (where appropriate) together with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.
• Determining and arranging project technical services and external resources required for projects.
• Delivering project objectives in line with the project plan and leading the project team and relevant stakeholders.
• Demonstrating Mace's value of safety first, engaging with Mace's HSW framework.
• Managing intermediate level tasks and associated deliverables and supporting the senior project manager.
• Monitoring project timeframes and budgets, diligently managing and ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborating with relevant parties/stakeholders to ensure robust quality systems are in place.
• Participating in and recording relevant meetings, providing contextual information and analysis.
• Partnering with relevant stakeholders and actively participating in risk management and mitigation treatments.
• Effectively coordinating and communicating with all project parties/stakeholders.
• Managing the procurement of consultants and contractors and tracking project changes.
• Ensuring all approved handover documentation is coordinated and provided prior to practical completion.
• Promoting and driving business priorities through construction to production, digital & data, and responsible business practices.
• Managing design/consultant/contractor/supply chain teams and project stakeholders.
• Producing design and authorities programme to be integrated with procurement and delivery programme.
• Constructively challenging client, stakeholders, and teams to deliver optimum solutions.
• Utilising the centre of excellence (CoE) knowledge base and company best practices.
• Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition.

You’ll Need To Have:

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Experience in a similar project management role within the retail sector is desirable.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to challenge contractors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and being a good team player.
• Proactive approach, capable of effective project planning and decision-making.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office.

You’ll Also Have:

• Membership or working towards RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional development.
• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects in the Residential sector.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience working on projects within large, diverse teams.
• Experience developing relationships with stakeholders within projects.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape project outlooks.
