safety Officer / Safety Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management and hold a diploma in safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations on site.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
3. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
4. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses with corrective actions.
5. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and safety standards.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate safety documentation and records.
7. Promote a strong safety culture among all employees.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer.
2. Diploma in Safety or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
