The Shift Operations function is responsible for allocation of valet parking attendants for assigned shift & location, supporting and participating in day-to-day operations of the designated location. Completion of all checklists and updating daily summary reports ensures delivery of the highest level of Customer Service leading to Customer delight.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Minimum 02 years of experience.
UAE Driving License No. 3 mandatory.
Able to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
High School Certificate / Diploma.

Provide information about the location, events in progress, incidents, accidents & take suitable action/precaution if necessary.
Communicate customer concerns and complaints and help resolve issues.
Support in responding to discrepancies involving parking attendants and guests such as guest lost items/tickets, minor scratches etc.
Assist and make recommendations for the improvement in the Operations on the respective work locations.
Support in inspecting and maintaining all parking operations equipment in all areas, coordinating replacements or repairs when necessary.
Support in monitoring and participate in daily briefing, grooming inspection, maintenance check of all required operational equipment, then report any replenishment/replacement/damage and/or malfunctioning equipment.
Support in maintaining daily log for significant incidents, comments or complaints.
Perform station controlling function if required.
Ensure valet team workplace (Podium/control room/parking/lobby/driveway etc.) area is clean and tidy.
