Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fire & Safety Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in UAE Vendor Registration and Prequalification, Tender Participation through UAE Government Portals, and Fire & Safety Product and Service Sales while ensuring smooth documentation and client management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of client processes.
2. Maintain and manage client documentation in compliance with Vendor Registration Requirements.
3. Actively participate in ongoing tenders and active sourcing for the products and services of Fire & Safety.
4. Act as a liaison between the company and clients, providing timely updates and support.
5. Manage office communications and correspondence effectively.
6. Assist in process improvement for documentation and administrative workflows.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of Vendor Registration, Fire & Safety Products & Services, and Tender Participation.
3. Proficiency in Government Procedures for Engineer License Registration and other services.
4. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
