We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team at our magnificent hotel in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to both of the hotel's world-class culinary offerings, from our high-end à la carte restaurant to a bustling café.

Job Description:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for directing the overall operations of the kitchen department, developing and directing team members, and ensuring the highest quality in all aspects of cuisine. As part of their job, they will be required to train and develop the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of service, as well as developing innovative menus with creative & attractive plate presentations. The Executive Chef will also focus on maximizing profits and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements For Candidate:

1. Previous experience of working in a 5-star hotel or high-end à la carte restaurant as an Executive Chef.
