Waitress cum Cashier

We are looking to hire a Waitress cum Cashier to manage the dining area along with the cash counter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining the dining area
• Getting feedback from customers
• Excellent at handling the cash drawer
• Coordinating with the executive chef and restaurant manager to complete tasks
• Taking customer orders at the counter
• Receiving payments and presenting change to customers
• Packing food items, making coffee, and filling beverage cups
• Preparing drinks
• Functioning as the host/hostess of the restaurant
• Making reservations for customers
• Receiving food checks from waiters or customers
• Appealing to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours
• Managing the register, including all debit card and cash operations
• Ensuring a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
• Keeping the dining area clean

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in related fields.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and possess good communication skills.
- Flexible and cooperative to accommodate job demands.
- Proactive problem-solver with a solution-focused approach.
- Keep management informed of work issues and incidents.
- Must be prompt and dependable.
- Able to communicate effectively and solve problems.
- Patient and loyal.
