Job Description
The Media Expert will provide and implement PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance the University’s reputation. In addition to developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Planning, developing, and implementing communication and marketing strategies; including both conventional and digital initiatives.
- Build media relationships with local, regional, and international media.
- Setting plans to develop relations with existing international partners to ensure that UAEU reaps maximum benefit from these relationships.
- Identify and establish new partnerships that meet UAEU’s needs and aspirations.
- Craft a robust, effective, creative, and forward-thinking PR strategy.
- Enhance University brand awareness through advertising practices, including advertising venues and media, ad planning sessions, and presentations.
- Developing the content of the university’s website.
- Conducting professional reports and comparisons with international universities in terms of marketing, and creating development plans for the university based on that.
- Design, build, and maintain social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against the goals.
- Designing and developing promotional and marketing materials to be used on various occasions and providing them to the university’s guests.
- Contributing to ensuring that the marketing materials are uploaded to the University’s website.
- Contributing to reviewing the University’s releases and consistently updating them.
- Contributing to the University’s news media monitoring and performing international content analysis.
- Contributing to marketing the University’s future plans through issuing publications and conducting campaigns and events for marketing purposes.
- Carry out any other tasks in relation to the job nature upon commissioning.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in international relations, journalism, marketing, digital marketing, or any related field.
