Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
  2. Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
  3. Ensure compliance with brand standards
  4. Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  5. Represent the needs of the team
  6. Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
  7. Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
  8. Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
  9. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  10. Be environmentally aware
  11. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
