Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Sales Executive / Property Consultant with a strong understanding of prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market and have a passion for real estate, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business through cold calling, emailing, networking, and marketing strategies.
• Research and analyze market trends to target the most profitable areas.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best terms.
• Provide expert guidance to clients to help them make informed investment decisions.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, communities, and regulations.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
