The key objectives for this role are:- Adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Identifying and assessing potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
- Fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Conducting training sessions for employees to raise awareness and promote safe practices.
- Investigating incidents and accidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures.
- Continuously monitoring and improving HSE policies, procedures, and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIESKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE practices and regulations
- Monitor compliance with local, national and international safety standards and legislation
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on HSE performance metrics and incidents
- Lead investigations into HSE incidents and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into operational planning and project execution
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance

Expected:- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum experience of 5 years in similar role
- Minimum experience of 10 years in oil and gas industry
