Merchandising and Buying Manager - Retail (Befit - Fitness) TP

Responsibilities:

• Manage the buying cycle for products in retail.
• Supplier relationship and GTM strategy on product/season launch.
• Negotiate on terms - Product delivery, Payment, and shipping.
• Uphold the entry and exit margins.
• Market and competitor analysis in order to understand the requirement by closely working with Key Suppliers and retail store team.
• Coordinate with Supply chain to ensure timely receipt of product and launch.
• Train staff on new innovation and technology as part of Go To Market process.

Skills, Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar sector.
• Strong retail experience in a similar planning role, Solid financial background in a retail environment is a must.
• Excellent Analytical & Computer skills, Result focus and data-oriented, Excellent level of English, Arabic is a plus.
