Role Overview:
A results-oriented Production Manager with expertise in managing diverse production operations and a proven ability to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will oversee all production activities, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement within the production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight & Efficiency:
Plan, organize, and manage all production operations including printing booth construction, gift item production, event setups, and branding projects.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products and services meet the company’s high standards.
Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and waste.
Address and resolve production-related issues promptly.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
