Production Manager

Foreground is partnering with a leading production house company specializing in printing booths manufacturing and branding solutions based in the UAE to find an experienced and Production Manager.

Role Overview:

A results-oriented Production Manager with expertise in managing diverse production operations and a proven ability to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will oversee all production activities, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight & Efficiency:

1. Plan, organize, and manage all production operations including printing booth construction, gift item production, event setups, and branding projects.
2. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Quality Assurance:

1. Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products and services meet the company’s high standards.
2. Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and waste.
3. Address and resolve production-related issues promptly.

Team Leadership & Development:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
2. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
3. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
