Data Analyst - NMC Healthcare

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of healthcare data to extract actionable insights and identify trends that can inform strategic initiatives.
2. Develop and implement data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to ensure data quality and integrity.
3. Design and build automated dashboarding tools.
4. Design and build predictive models and algorithms to support various healthcare-related applications including patient care optimization, resource allocation, and risk prediction.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
6. Utilize analytical and statistical tools to perform exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
7. Maintain and optimize databases and data infrastructure to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
8. Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in data science, healthcare informatics, and related fields, incorporating best practices into our data science workflows.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Master's degree preferred.
