Job Description

  • Steering and optimizing main TSS activities in the country.
  • Providing technical and product trainings.
  • Managing field service for diagnostic equipment business & warranty handling.
  • Providing technical support to sales of spare parts.
  • Providing technical support to authorized workshops.
  • Developing and executing concepts to increase turnover within sales of technical trainings and field service.
  • Analyzing market for potential customers or additional sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for pricing of services.
  • Supporting customer exhibitions to promote Bosch products.
  • Creating communication strategy for technical support services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Diploma in technical studies.
  • Technical knowledge in automotive.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in automotive sectors.
  • Analytical background: MS Excel advanced.
  • Driver's license.
