Housekeeping Manager Vacancy in Ajman, UAE

Position: Manufacturing Manager
Company: Neelkamal Plastic Factory L.L.C., Ajman
Job Type: Full Time, Contract
Salary: AED 2,800.00 - AED 3,000.00 per month

Education/Certifications: Senior High School Diploma. A degree in a technological, design, or appropriate field will be an advantage.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in the Plastic Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Running the manufacturing area.
2. Ensuring goods are produced and packaged in appropriate quantities based on agreed specifications.
3. Properly recording products created and troubles encountered during shifts to guarantee smooth transition of shifts.
4. Performing mold modifications with the Device Operator.
5. Ensuring the quality of the product.
6. Ensuring all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures.
7. Ensuring all employees operate in a safe manner by following company regulations.
8. Leading the team.
9. Ensuring team communicates effectively.
10. Assessing training needs of the team and ensuring implementation of training.
11. Ensuring adequate staffing to cover absence and holidays, as well as normal operations.
12. Properly recording time and attendance of the team.
13. Conducting performance evaluations on a regular basis.
14. Participating in meetings with the Production Manager.
15. Reviewing employee concerns and issues with the Production Supervisor.
16. Maintaining good housekeeping within the department.

1. Achieving production targets with quality outputs.
2. Arrangement and utilization of workforce for their best effectiveness.
3. Training new operators and students.
4. Ensuring good housekeeping and employee hygiene and discipline.
5. Reducing changeover time with proper planning and motivation.

Capacity to Commute/Relocate: Dependably commute or be ready to transfer with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred).
