Oversee and manage the payroll process, collaborating with finance and relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing of UAE and Qatar.
Review and reconcile payroll data, including commissions, expenses, and deductions, to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and other compensation-related matters.
Oversee the end-to-end process of intern stipend payment, ensuring accurate calculation, timely disbursement, and compliance.
Off Boarding:
Manage the offboarding process, including EOS calculations and system updates, and coordinate visa cancellation, ensuring a positive departure experience for existing employees.
Work closely with IT and security to ensure timely revocation of access and adherence to data security protocols.
HR Systems and Compliance:
Manage HR System changes and transactions pertaining to the employee life cycle.
Act as a backup of People Metrics & Systems Analyst for all HRMS-related updation and employee transactions.
Take ownership of the People Operations dashboards and HR systems and act as backup for managing the rest of the People Team Metrics and Dashboards.
Stay updated on relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary changes to policies and practices.
Meticulously manage HR Audits and ensure the compliance of processes and policies.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation in onboarding, offboarding, and payroll procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Propose and implement improvements to streamline workflows and ensure a seamless employee experience.
