- Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely content creation and posting.
- Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach new audiences and drive event registrations.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a conversation with our audience via social media comments and messages, addressing inquiries and building relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and implement innovative strategies to engage our audience.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, event planning) to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns for events or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and the ever-evolving social media landscape.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
