Partner with departmental managers to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of these objectives.
Provide expert advice and coaching to employees and management on HR policies and procedures, employee relations issues, and talent management strategies.
Lead the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement programs, and workforce planning.
Conduct regular meetings with respective business units to review human resources metrics, trends, and challenges.
Facilitate conflict resolution processes and guide managers on handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and revise HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Manage and oversee talent acquisition efforts, including working with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview candidates, and select top talent.
Support and guide leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent mobility.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Oversee and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
