HiSeas Media is currently hiring multiple passionate and experienced Talent BD Specialists to join our team. You will be responsible for discovering and recruiting top entertainment streamers to drive the growth of the company's live streaming business. As a Talent BD Specialist, you will be directly involved in the screening and invitation process, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring smooth cooperation with the streamers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract potential streamer candidates through various channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
2. Responsible for connecting with KOCs/KOLs in the Middle East region and following up on the full recruitment process, including communication, invitation, and relationship management with influencers.
3. Conduct business development by messaging or voice chatting with streamers on TikTok and invite them to collaborate with the company.
4. Manage and enhance your TikTok agent account by posting high-quality videos on your personal profile.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with experience in recruiting streamers or in the media industry being a plus.
3. Familiarity with the mechanics and rules of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing strong relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
5. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
6. A keen interest in digital media and the live streaming industry, with an understanding of industry trends.
