We are looking for a QA Manual and Functional Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for identifying bugs, ensuring applications meet business requirements, and collaborating with development teams to enhance software quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to design test cases.
2. Develop, document, and execute manual test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
3. Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing to ensure software meets business needs.
4. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM and work with developers to resolve issues.
5. Ensure end-to-end testing of applications across different environments (QA, UAT, and Production).
6. Validate API responses using Postman or similar API testing tools.
7. Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility across multiple devices and browsers.
8. Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to refine testing processes and improve software quality.
9. Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release readiness discussions.
10. Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring test coverage for new and existing features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 2-6 years of experience in manual and functional testing.
2. Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC, along with testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
3. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
4. Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and test reports.
5. Understanding of database queries (SQL) for backend data validation.
6. Knowledge of API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
7. Experience in UI/UX testing and cross-browser compatibility testing.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
